User and User group export and import

A new feature was introduced in Aico's 22.2 release.
It is now possible to add both users and user groups, as well as add users to user groups using an Excel export/import.
It is also now possible to add users via an Excel upload and also link a user to a user group. However, it's important to note, it is not possible to assign individual template roles to a user or user group.
To add a user or user group using an Excel export/import, follow the steps below:
First, you will need to log into System Manager and access the User tab.
1. Export the users from the User page in System manager.
2. Add a new user by entering the details in an empty row at the bottom of the exported Excel
3. You can add all details including attributes
4. Connect the user to a user group
5. You can connect a user to multiple user groups by adding the account names of the user groups as a CSV list.
5. You can update an existing user by entering values against their existing record in the export.
6. Once your changes are made, select the file and import it.
7. The resulting record can be seen below:
