Introducing mail notifications
Modified on Mon, 30 Jan 2023 at 01:31 PM
In Aico it is possible to configure many different notifications which are triggered by different workflow statuses and other header values.
Mail notifications monitor filtered dashboard lists for the documents they contain and can trigger notifications based on new documents being added to the dashboard list. For example, you can be notified when a new document is sent for your approval.
Or you can set up a notification to be triggered every morning at 9 am for all documents in the dashboard waiting for your approval.
When setting up a notification you need to:
- set up the dashboard that will be monitored
- create the content of the message you want to send
- define when it should be sent and to whom
This folder of articles will take you through those steps.
