Modified on Mon, 13 Mar 2023 at 01:51 PM
There are two types of system administrators in Aico:
- Global system administrators have unlimited rights to all systems and administrative areas.
- System administrators manage the content in a single Aico system and can also be restricted in what administrative tasks they can perform.
This article covers how to:
Manage visibility of tabs for system administratorsAdd global system administrator rights
Remove global system administrator rights
Manage visibility of tabs for system administrators
To manage the visibility of tabs and to assign administrative user rights in Aico web client, follow the steps below:
1. On the Users tab, select a system administrator.
To set the rights to access certain System Manager tabs and perform certain administrative actions in Aico web client, select and/or clear the checkboxes. For example, you can define if the selected system administrator can access the Users tab which would allow them to create and edit Users and User groups.
Super user mode and shared dashboard editing are rights that an Administrator can be given in the Aico web client.
4. Click Save.
