How to copy a Dashboard or List
Modified on Wed, 23 Nov, 2022 at 11:41 AM
You can copy a Dashboard or List in a few simple steps.
1. Open the Dashboard or List you want to copy.
2. Click Copy dashboard. This will open a copy in a new tab.
3. Rename the Dashboard by clicking on the cog wheel on the right of your screen. This will take you to the configuration view of your new dashboard. Here, you can overwrite the existing name by clicking in the box, deleting the current name and typing in your new name.
4. Click Save.
Once saved, an X will appear in the top right of the tab. Click the X if you want to close the list view.
To reopen, go to the Actions drop-down list.
You can make this a personal favourite by clicking on the star, and this will pin the dashboard to the top of your page.
You can only make this a shared favourite by setting the Shared favourite to Yes if you are a Shared Dashboard Administrator.
