What is a Request in Aico?
Modified on Thu, 17 Nov 2022 at 02:45 PM
Aico Requests is a financial service management solution for managing different types of requests in a company. Typically, these are requests made by the Finance team by other parts of the organisation.
Requests are created based on predefined templates.
You can control and monitor the progress and workflow of requests in real-time.
The most common types of requests are:
Master data change requests
You can create a change request for adding or changing the existing master data (for example, new General Ledger accounts, new currency codes etc.)
Vendor and customer creation and change requests
You can create a request for your data management team to add a new or change the existing customer or vendor details such as a change in payment terms or updating bank accounts.
