Automated task to regenerate periods
Modified on Tue, 30 May 2023 at 02:58 PM
The Regenerate period to find new tasks runs each night to automatically create any new tasks that you have added or activated since the current period was generated.
You will need to go into Automation manager and create a new task template. Read this article if you don't know how to do this.
1. Start by creating a new task using the "Regenerate period to find new tasks" task type.
2. Set the refresh interval – typically to 24 hours.
3. You can limit the task to only act on certain processes.
4. Link this to a single company and a schedule group to determine its start and end time.
